Kommunen ligger vid Botniabanan och det tar bara 7 timmar att resa till Stockholm.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kommunen har redan tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt att sk\u00e4nka bort gratistomter utan resultat.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e5n och med februari har det funnits ett hundra tomter f\u00f6r att v\u00e4lja. Enligt en Nordmalingsinv\u00e5nare som vi m\u00f6ter n\u00e4ra j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gstationen har kommunen alla m\u00f6jligheter att locka fastighetsinvesterare och \u00e4ven kulturpersoner.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOm Lukas Moodysson flyttade hit, kunde han skriva och redigera ett tusen uppf\u00f6ljare till Fucking \u00c5mal\u201d, konstaterar en 18-\u00e5rig flicka och stiger med sina v\u00e4skor in i t\u00e5get mot s\u00f6derut.<\/p>\n<p>Nordmalings kommun konstaterar att Nordmalings kommun \u00e4r \u201cden attraktiva platsen mellan st\u00e4derna, med h\u00e5llbart boende och unik livsmilj\u00f6\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c5r 1995 hade Nordmaling n\u00e4stan 2800 inv\u00e5nare. Fem \u00e5r senare hade den ca 2550 inv\u00e5nare.
